Welcome to St. James School !

My name is Ann Marie Sheehan, and I am truly honored to join the St. James family as your new principal. With 26 years of experience in education—14 of those in administration—I bring a deep passion for fostering growth, learning, and connection within a school community. Having grown up right here in this wonderful area, it is especially meaningful to me to be part of St. James, a small school with a big heart where every student matters and every voice is heard.

At St. James, I am committed to nurturing the values that make our school so special: community, kindness, caring, and empathy. I believe that helping each student discover and develop their God-given gifts and talents is essential to their growth, not only academically but also personally and spiritually. Together, we will continue to build an environment where every child feels supported and inspired to achieve excellence in all areas of their lives.

I look forward to working closely with families, staff, and students to uphold the strong traditions of St. James while embracing new opportunities for growth. Thank you for welcoming me into this vibrant community—I am excited for all that we will accomplish together this year and beyond.
