Grade 5 Field Trip Forms for Le Papillon

This is just a quick reminder to the parents of our Grade 5 students in both Ms. Kavanagh's class and Mr. Lucente's class.
Our Grade 5 students in Ms. Kavanagh's class and our Grade 5 students in Mr. Lucente's class will be visiting Le Papillon later this month. Parents of these Grade 5 students are asked to login to their School-Day Account and click on EVENTS. This will allow you to read and electronically sign the permission form and the waiver and pay for the field trip. If you have not registered with School-Day as of yet, please do so as soon as possible. If you need assistance with registering or accessing the forms, please feel free to drop by our office and we will walk through the steps with you.
