Medication at School
Medication that has been kept in the school office throughout the past year will be sent home in a sealed envelope with students on June 28th at the end of the school day. New forms will be sent home in this same envelope. Please ensure that you carefully read and fill out the forms if your child will continue to need medication kept here at the school for the 2018-2019 school year. A physician’s signature is needed on some of the forms. If you do not wish to have your child transport the medication home, please notify the office and arrange a time to pick it up prior to July 5th. Any medication that is not picked up will be taken to our local pharmacy to be properly disposed of. Medication for next year should be dropped off prior to the first day of school with the necessary forms.
