Incident near St. James Catholic School

Good afternoon,
I am writing to inform you about an incident which occurred earlier today. The local fire department responded to a grass fire. The fire was not on our property, but it was visible by the students. At this time of year vegetation can be quite dry creating ideal conditions for a fire.
Students were kept indoors and students from the portables were relocated into the school. At no time was student safety at risk.
