Here is a quick look at what is happening at St. James for the week of November 20, 2017.
MONDAY -
- Pizza for hot food.
- Last chance to pick up a book from the Book Fair in the morning.
- Bully Prevention Week Theme - Be Kind...Just Because
TUESDAY -
- Lunches Made Easy for hot food.
- Popcorn Day, $1.00 for a bag of popcorn.
- Immunization Clinic for Gr. 7's
- Bully Prevention Week Theme - We Are Family, students encouraged to wear crazy socks on this day to show support for everyone's uniqueness.
WEDNESDAY -
- Volleyball Tournament - Boys - St. Thomas Aquinas, Girls - Holy Trinity
- CSCC Meeting - 6:30 in our library. All parents welcome.
- Grade 8 Parent Information Night at St. Thomas Aquinas at 6:00 p.m.
- Bully Prevention Week Theme - Cool to be Kind
THURSDAY -
- D.A.R.E. Program for our Grade 6 students, 9:30 to 10:30 here at St. James.
- Lunches Made Easy for hot food.
- Volleyball Tournament Snow date.
- Bully Prevention Week Theme - Online...Be Kind
FRIDAY -

Thank you to everyone who supported our school's Christmas Fundraiser. Orders can be picked up, here at St. James, on the evening of Friday, December 8, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Hot chocolate will be available.
Letters went home this week about the St. Vincent de Paul's fundraising campaign to support local families in need this Christmas season. St. Vincent de Paul is asking for donations of practical gift cards. If you are able to support this very worthy cause, please send in the gift cards to school by Thursday, December 7, 2017.
Our Social Justice group is also collecting spare change to help buy a goat for a family in a different country. Receiving this goat will help the family become self-sufficient as the family will be able to sell, drink, and eat the goat milk and goat cheese made from the goat's milk.
Mark Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in your calendars for our school's Christmas Concert. There will be two shows. The first show will be at 2:00 p.m. We encourage all those able to make it during the day to come to this performance as space is limited in the gym. The second show will take place at 6:30 p.m.

SOLOLunch orders are now open for the next round of Hot Food orders. Please ensure you place your orders for your child/ren by Monday, November 27. The SOLOLunch orders will close on Monday, November 27, 2017. Late orders will not be accepted. Thank you for your support.
